The Ray County Community Arts Association is sponsoring a fine arts and photography show this spring during the Richmond Mushroom Festival.

 

Information for Artists

2017 Submission Date: May 1st from 10am - 7pm. Just $5 per entry.

 

Public Viewing Dates: FREE VIEWING at the Friends Gallery on:

5th,  10am - 8pm

6th,  10am - 5pm

 

 

All entries must be picked up on May6th at 5pm.

 

• Guests may vote for their favorite entry as the “People’s Choice Award.” Voting ends May 7nd at 4pm.

• Judges will review the artwork in each category and award 1st, 2nd, 3rd place ribbons.

• Monetary awards: $100 for Peoples Choice Award, $30 for 1st place ribbons in each category, and $50 for Judges Choice Award.

• Artists are limited to 3 entries per category, and may enter more than one category.

• All pictures must be frames and ready for hanging.

• An entry form must be placed on the back of each entry.

• Entries smaller than 8” x 10” or larger than 36” x 48” are not eligible.

• Artists must be at least 18 years old to enter.

• Entry fee of $5.00 per item.
